Our aim is for you to receive your Galaxy Nova order as soon as possible. We do our best to process orders as quickly as we can.

What does 'processing my order' mean? Order processing includes printing the shipping label, picking the items for orders from our inventory stock, and packing the order. Processing takes place during normal business hours, from Monday to Friday, 8am to 6pm.

Order processing can take 24 to 72 business hours.
