My product is damaged / defective, how do I return it?Updated 15 days ago

In the unlikely event that the item is defective or damaged, contact us as soon as possible. In order to replace or refund the item, we will need:

  • Order number
  • Description of the damage/defects
  • Photo of the damaged/defective area

Once all the information has been received, our support staff will provide you with additional instructions.
